Two years after getting into an online altercation with artist Davido, former Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) reality show winner Phyna has advocated for their reconciliation.
It all began in October 2023 when Davido liked a post on X that called Phyna fans “useless.”
In response to the news, Phyna asked if she had done anything wrong to deserve Davido’s hatred while congratulating him on the birth of twins with Chioma.
Davido replied that he was unaware of Phyna’s identity.
“God knows me,” Phyna responded, unfollowing the singer on Instagram.
But Phyna stated, “I will like to stream with Davido,” in a recent livestream.
Reexamining their online conversation, the reality star, who declared that she was prepared to apologize to the musician publicly, also asked Davido to clarify what caused the fallout.
“If I have the opportunity to stream with Davido, I will take it. Yea he senior me, he choke pass me normal. I’m going to tender apology to him, but before rendering the apology, we need to understand where that our quarrel really dey come from.
“Like baba Ibeji needs to really tell me that na by mistake him take like that comment wey cause probably. Then he will now explain his side of the issue because you see that I don’t know you wey baba Ibeji talk, e fit be like say na we take am the wrong way”, she said in pidgin.
